🔄 Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To request a return:

- Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
💰 Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
- We will initiate a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🔄 Replacements
In eligible cases (damaged/incorrect item), we may offer:
- A replacement item at no extra cost
- Or a coupon for future purchases
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds/replacements for:
- Taste preferences
- Delay caused by incorrect delivery information
- Product used/opened after delivery
- Requests raised after 48 hours

- For any refund or replacement request, please keep the product in its original packaging.
- Bulk/B2B orders will be handled separately as per mutual agreement.
