At Sopure Organics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packing and delivering your order, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a return:

  • Email us at info@sopure.in
  • Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.

💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will initiate a full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Replacements

In eligible cases (damaged/incorrect item), we may offer:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost
  • Or a coupon for future purchases

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds/replacements for:

  • Taste preferences
  • Delay caused by incorrect delivery information
  • Product used/opened after delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours

📝 Note

  • For any refund or replacement request, please keep the product in its original packaging.
  • Bulk/B2B orders will be handled separately as per mutual agreement.
